You'll Lick Your Fingers!!
BBQ Ribs done the Jimmy J’s Way:
Start with your favorite rib, be it baby back, spare, or Texas style cut of meat.
What you’ll need: Grill, gas, charcoal, or pellet.
Slow cooker with a rack, balled up tin foil will work.
Your favorite Jimmy J’s Sauce.
A heap of ribs.
Get your grill nice and hot. Put the ribs on the grill, turning often. When the ribs “Look” done on the outside, take them off the grill. Add a half cup of water to the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the ribs on the rack, cook on low for eight to ten hours. About 20 minuets before dinner put the ribs back on the grill and bathe in Jimmy J’s Sauce as you turn often. When the sauce has the caramelization your looking for, your good to go. Remember, you are just crisping up the ribs, they have done all their cooking in the slow cooker.
