Keep your eye on the ball... Meatballs!

Razorback Meatballs:

1 lb ground beef

1/4 c fine bread crumbs

3/4 c chopped onion

1 tsp salt

dash of pepper

2/3 c JimmyJ's BBQ Sauce (mild)

2 tbls butter

 

Combine first 6 ingredients, Shape into 12 meatballs About 1 tablespoon each

Melt butter in skillet . Brown meatballs in butter.  Serve your preferred way.
